Due to the Corona crisis, many international concert appearances were canceled and many musicians were denied the opportunity to perform. The Viennese violinist Daniel Auner then initiated this platform to give the artists the opportunity to realize the concerts digitally anyway. After a small processing fee, the income will be passed on to the performing artists.

Contact us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process the request and if you have further questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

Online form for concert registration

a) Description of the data processing

For those interested, we provide an online form on our website for registering for an online presence.

When the respective form is sent, the following information is sent to us:

E-mail address
Phone number
Photographic material
Description of the concert appearance
Link to an artistic presentation

The data will be used to process the registrations. This artistic presentation will be published following a review of the material. The applicant surrenders the rights to this recording for the duration of the digital concert appearance.

b) Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for processing the data after submitting the registration using the registration form provided is Article 6 (1) b of the GDPR (entering into a contractual relationship).

c) Purpose of data processing
The collection of the data serves to process the application and to contact the interested party as well as to determine the artistic aptitude of the artist. The materials are also used to promote the online presence.

d) Duration of storage
The duration of the storage of the data is based on the applicable statutory provisions.

e) Opposition and removal option
Interested parties can object to the storage of their personal data at any time before the start of the digital concert date. If the data is required to fulfill the contract, premature deletion of the data is only possible if there are no contractual or legal obligations to prevent the deletion.
